To request a track to play via CSC's most requested services:
You must send a text message using the three letter keyword (VLT for Vault, SCZ for Scuzz, BLS for Bliss) followed by a space followed by the track number you want to request.
Text this message to 84555.
Texts cost 25p plus one standard network charges.
You must be over 16 to request tracks.
Approximatlely 30 seconds before the end of each track we temporarily close the request line.
Approximatley 10 seconds later the system automatically selects the next track to be played based on the track with the most requests.
If more than one track has the same number of requests the track requested first will be selected.
Once a track has been selected it is delisted, which means you will not be able to request it again for this track until 20 minutes have passed. During this time you will not be charged if you try and request this delisted track. Once a track has been selected the requests for that track are reset to zero but the requests for all other tracks remain.
Once the last track in the show has been selected we do not accept requests and you will not be charged. We will inform you on screen of how many tracks there are left to play so that you can determine your chances of getting your track selected and also show a leaderboard on screen so that you can see what are the most requested tracks.
We do not accept responsibility for any additional SMS entry charges.
Entrants must have the permission of the bill payer before texting.
There is no warranty that the service is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the UK and Ireland. Charges for using the service will depend on the relevant service provider's international text message rates. Charges will be deducted from the entrant's available credit time if they are a pre-pay customer or appear on their monthly statement if they are a pay-monthly customer.
Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the phone system.
We reserve the right in the event of circumstances arising outside of our control which in our opinion makes it necessary to cancel the service at any stage.
You will have deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when using this service.This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
